Who is the data controller?
The data controller is the publisher of Scaley, identified in the legal notice. You can contact the publisher at Kenny@scaley.fr.
Your enquiry
The form collects your name, your e-mail, your company or activity and the services that interest you. The first name, sector and message are optional. The mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk. Without this information, we cannot process the request via the form; you can write to us directly.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare a conversation and, if you wish, provide a quote. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we process it to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who receives the data?
Authorised people at Scaley use the information they need to handle your enquiry. The form sends data to Zoho CRM through its European endpoint. Netlify hosts the site and may process technical connection data to provide and secure the service.
Technical data related to hosting may be processed in the United States. Netlify includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement. Zoho states that its European customers’ data is hosted in the European Union and that occasional access from a third country, such as for technical support, may be subject to standard contractual clauses. How long do we keep it?
Requests that do not result in a contract are kept for two years after your last exchange with Scaley, then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them.
If a contract is concluded, the data necessary for its execution and legal obligations follow the periods applicable to their category.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable rules, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You can also object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability.
Email Kenny@scaley.fr with the details of your request. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Chat and cookies
The site chat uses Zoho SalesIQ. If you write to us through this channel, Zoho processes your message and the contact details you choose to provide us so that we can reply to you. Depending on the chat settings, SalesIQ may use cookies to operate the chat, remember your preferences and recognize visits. See the list of SalesIQ cookies.
